Important Warning: These passes are strictly limited and historically sell out almost immediately. We highly recommend reviewing the ticket policy beforehand so you are ready the moment sales open.
VIP Ticket Benefits
Guaranteed Signing Token The most coveted benefit of the VIP pass is the autograph access.
Choose Your Guest: When purchasing your pass, you will select your preferred guest—whether a Japanese voice actress, illustrator, or cosplayer.
Guaranteed Allocation: This token is guaranteed for the guest you select during purchase. Please note: Token allocations are extremely limited to 10 per guest, per day.
Policy: While this guarantees a token for your chosen guest, it does not guarantee access to signing tokens for other guests on the day. Please choose carefully, as VIP passes are non-refundable if you are unable to obtain tokens for additional guests beyond your original selection.

General Access & Entry
Do I need a General Admission ticket in addition to my VIP pass?
No. Your VIP pass is an all-in-one ticket that grants you full access to the event for your chosen day. You do not need to purchase any additional entry tickets.
How do I collect my VIP Lanyard?
When you arrive at ICC Sydney, head directly to the Info desk. Once your Humanitix e-ticket is scanned, you will be presented with your physical VIP lanyard and VIP pass.
Is the VIP Pass valid for both Saturday and Sunday? VIP passes are single-day only. Please ensure you select the correct day (Saturday or Sunday) at the time of purchase, as guest appearances and token allocations are day-specific.
Guest Signing & Tokens
How do I choose my guest for the signing token? During the checkout process on Humanitix, you will see a dropdown menu. You must select your preferred guest (Voice Actor, Illustrator, or Cosplayer) at that time. Due to strict scheduling, these selections cannot be changed after the purchase is complete.
Can I get more than one signing token? Each VIP pass includes exactly one guaranteed token for your chosen guest. While additional tokens for other guests may be available distribution on the day (subject to availability), they are not guaranteed.
What items can I have signed? We recommend checking the Official Signing Policy on our website closer to the event.
What if my chosen guest cancels? In the unlikely event of a guest cancellation, we will contact affected VIP holders regarding alternative arrangements or token transfers.
Merchandise & Discounts
How do I claim my 10% merchandise discount? Simply present your physical VIP lanyard at the Official Animaga Info & Ticket Booth before making a purchase. The discount applies to all official Animaga-branded merchandise.
Where do I collect my limited edition lanyard? Your exclusive 2026 lanyard is part of your VIP kit and will be handed to you at the VIP entry point when you first arrive.
Refunds & Upgrades
Can I upgrade my General Admission ticket to a VIP pass? No. VIP passes are a separate ticket category and are sold exclusively as full passes. If you have already purchased a GA ticket and wish to go VIP, we recommend securing a VIP pass first and then requesting a refund for your GA ticket via Humanitix.
Are VIP passes refundable? As stated in our policy, VIP passes are non-refundable. This includes situations where an attendee is unable to obtain additional signing tokens beyond their one guaranteed selection.

Step 1: Choose Your Day
Once tickets are released, select either the Saturday VIP Pass or Sunday VIP Pass. Please remember that VIP passes are single-day tickets only, so ensure you have selected the correct date for your attendance.
Step 2: Enter Your Details
Fill in your buyer information accurately. This ensures your ticket matches your ID for entry.
Step 3: Select Your Guest
At this stage, you are required to choose the specific guest you wish to receive a signing token for.
Note: If a specific guest option is unavailable or greyed out, their allocation for that day has sold out.
Step 4: Complete Payment
Finalize your purchase securely. We accept payment via Credit Card, Google Pay, or PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, your VIP Pass and Guest Token allocation are secured.
