Before you plan to collect your free signing token on the event day, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our guest signing policy. To ensure everyone gets a fair chance, tokens are handed out each morning on a first-come, first-served basis. For more details, check our website or ask our staff at the event.

Guest Signing FAQ
Can I get a signing token on the day without a VIP ticket?
Yes, you can obtain a signing token with a General Admission pass. We distribute 100 signing tokens per day for each guest. Tokens are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis each morning.
What items can I bring to be signed?
Please refer to our guest signing policy for specific details, as different guests have different rules regarding which items can be signed.
How many signing tokens are given out per day?
We distribute 100 signing tokens per day for each guest.
Can we bring anime figures to be signed?
No, anime figures are not allowed for signing due to the time required and to prevent issues related to reselling. Please refer to our signing policy for more details.
Can I bring gifts for the guests?
Yes, you can bring gifts for the guests, but please follow our guidelines. Ensure that gifts are small, easily transportable, and do not include food items or anything containing human DNA (e.g., hair, blood). Please present your gift to Animaga staff first for screening.
How early should I arrive to get a signing token?
Arriving early increases your chances of getting a token, but tokens are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Consider attending on Sunday for a better chance due to lower traffic.
Can I take a photo with the guests?
No, photography with the voice actor and artist guests are strictly prohibited during the signing sessions
Where can I pick up my signing token?
Signing tokens can be collected at the Guest Signing Area upon presenting your physical VIP or General Admission pass.
What happens if I lose my signing token?
Lost signing tokens cannot be replaced. Please keep your token safe and secure until it is your turn for the signing session.
