Cosplay Department

Guest Department (interpreter)

Become a key part of the Animaga Guest Department and help ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for our distinguished guests. As a Japanese Interpreter, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging cultures, fostering meaningful communication, and supporting our guests, staff, and attendees with professionalism and dedication.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Live Interpretation: Deliver precise and professional Japanese-to-English and English-to-Japanese interpretation during guest panels, interviews, and Q&A sessions, ensuring clarity and engagement for all participants.
  • Guest Support: Assist Japanese guests throughout the event by managing their schedules, coordinating logistics, and addressing their needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Itasha Coordinator

Step into the vibrant world of Itasha at Animaga and become our Itasha Coordinator! If you’re passionate about Japanese car culture and love expressing creativity through vehicle decoration, this is the perfect role for you.

  • Lead the charge in organizing and overseeing all Itasha-related activities at Animaga
  • Collaborate with car owners to curate stunning Itasha displays
  • Ensure smooth logistics and operations for Itasha activities, including setup, scheduling, and coordination with venue staff.
  • Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants and attendees.
IT Department (multiple roles)

Web Developer
Turn Animaga’s website into a stunning showcase of creativity! As a Web Developer, you’ll take charge of our WordPress platform, weaving your CSS magic to create layouts that wow and functionalities that enhance. You’ll transform our online presence into an immersive experience that captures the vibrant energy of Animaga.

Marketing Department (multiple roles)

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join the Animaga team as a key member of our Marketing Department. This role is vital in shaping Animaga’s marketing strategies, managing our social media presence, and ensuring seamless coordination with media creators and pass holders. The ideal candidate is passionate about anime culture, has a flair for strategic thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

 

Marketing Strategist

As a Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping Animaga’s marketing vision and strategy. Your mission is to develop creative and impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience, expanding our reach and strengthening our brand within the anime and pop culture community. From planning promotional efforts to analyzing campaign performance, you’ll help Animaga connect with fans far and wide, ensuring every marketing initiative drives excitement and engagement.

 

Social Media Coordinator

Join our team as a Social Media Coordinator and become the voice of Animaga online! You’ll manage our social media platforms, craft engaging and timely posts, and create a dynamic presence that captures the energy of the event. During event days, you’ll provide real-time updates, share highlights, and keep fans excited and informed. Your creativity and ability to connect with our audience will ensure Animaga remains the talk of the online world.

 

Creator Coordinator

As a Creator Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for handling creator passes and supporting influencers covering the event. Your responsibilities include coordinating with content creators, ensuring they have everything they need for a smooth and successful experience. You’ll facilitate event coverage, provide assistance where needed, and foster strong relationships with influencers, helping them showcase Animaga’s magic to their audiences.

Media Department

Are you ready to be at the forefront of Animaga’s media presence? As a Media Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in connecting the dots between media outlets, cosplayers, and photographers while curating the visual and written narrative of Animaga. If you already have a strong network within the cosplay and photography community, this is your chance to shine!

As a Media Coordinator, you’ll oversee media applications, curate stunning event coverage, and manage post-event content. Acting as the key contact between mass media, cosplayers, and photographers, you’ll use your cosplay network to foster collaboration and bring Animaga’s vibrant vision to life.

Performance Stage

Join us at the heart of Animaga’s entertainment lineup as a Performance Stage assistance! If you’re passionate about creating unforgettable moments on stage, coordinating seamless performances, and ensuring that our attendees are dazzled by top-notch entertainment, this role is perfect for you.

  • Oversee all aspects of stage performances, from coordinating rehearsals to ensuring that each act runs smoothly during the event.
  • Work closely with performers and artists to plan and execute captivating performances that engage and entertain our audience.
  • Coordinate stage setup, sound checks, and equipment requirements to ensure that everything is in place for a flawless performance.
  • Manage performance schedules and cues, ensuring that each act starts and ends on time and that transitions between performances are seamless.
  • Foster a lively and engaging atmosphere on stage, interacting with the audience and encouraging participation to enhance the overall experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including AV technicians, backstage crew, and talent managers, to coordinate efforts and ensure a cohesive and successful stage production.
Stage Department

  • Communicate effectively with MCs, hosts, and performers to ensure everyone is ready and informed about their cues and responsibilities.

Tabletop Department
