Guests signing policy

General Signing Policy

Guests will be available for autographs during the weekend in the Animaga Guest Area in the REB. Please check the schedule for signing times for each guest. Our guests are very happy to meet and greet their fans during the signing session. However, due to high demand and limited time, we cannot guarantee that all attendees will be able to receive an autograph from a particular guest.

To ensure as many people as possible are able to get Signing Tokens, please observe the following rules:

  • You will be able to obtain SigningToken(s) which are given on a first come, first served basis at the signing area.
  • Animaga Guest Area will become one central location to distribute a limited number of the Signing Token before the signing session. Signing Tokens are only valid for the signing session on the day it was distributed.
  • An attendee may only receive ONE Signing Token per guest.
  • No one may stand in line for an autograph without a token.
  • Attendees are not allowed to line up for an autograph session more than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • To keep the line moving, we request that attendees bring ONE item to be signed. Please have your item ready for signing when you are in the line. (For CDs and DVDs, you should remove the cover to save time if you want the guest to sign inside.)
  • Guests will gladly sign your program guide or any officially licensed goods. Guests may sign other types of items at their discretion. Bootleg items will not be signed. 
  • Staffs reserve the right to inspect the item before it is presented to the guest. 
  • There will be strictly No Photography during signing sessions.
  • Be considerate of your fellow attendees and avoid having lengthy conversations with the guests during an autograph session.
  • Animaga reserves the right to end the autograph session at any time.
  • The above policies are in addition to the Animaga Code of Conduct.

Megumi Ogata Signing Policy

  • Will only sign on her CD (Animeg. 25th) which can be purchased from Animaga Guest Area from 10 am Saturday (while stocks last).
  • Each CD sale AUD $40 comes with ONE Signing Token.
  • To obtain your autograph, please line up during the schedule time. Each token is only valid on the day. No refund if you miss out the autograph session on the day.
  • Limited ONE CD per customer per day.
  • To ensure smooth operation during the autograph session, please have the CD ready for signing beforehand. If you wish to have the autograph on the CD or inside the manual, please have wrapping removed and CD/manual ready.
  • Other items including signing boards will not be signed.

Yuki Kaneko Signing Policy

  • Signing Tokens are limited. Please get in early to ensure you do not miss out.
  • Will sign on:
    • Items other than her official products (such as signing board) and the photos from Animaga Official Guest Photo Booth.
  • Will NOT sign on
    • Things related to works she hasn’t participated in. (ie. No miscellaneous items such as boomerangs, swords, scraps of paper, etc.) Please check with our staff beforehands.

MAYU Signing Policy

  • Signing Tokens are limited. Please get in early to ensure you do not miss out.
  • Will sign on:
    • Cosplayer’s official photobook, posters(a limited number of these will also available for purchase at the Animaga Guest Area).
    • Photos taken at the Animaga Official Guest Photo Booth.
  • Will NOT sign on:
    • Other items not listed above (including signing boards) will not be signed.
