Navigating with Props: Safety and Responsibility

We know how much effort goes into crafting the perfect prop to complete your look. However, we kindly ask all our cosplayers to be particularly mindful of the public environment and recent events. To ensure a smooth journey for yourself and peace of mind for those around you, please follow these key steps:

• Travel Discretion: If your outfit includes a prop that resembles a firearm or any realistic weapon, please keep it fully bagged or concealed while traveling on public transport or walking through the city.

• The Official Prop Check: Upon arriving at the ICC Sydney, please head straight to our Official Prop Check station. Our team will inspect your items to ensure they meet our safety requirements and provide a peace-of-mind tag for the weekend.

• Keep it Stowed: Until you have cleared the prop check inside the venue, your realistic props should remain out of public sight.
