One of the most anticipated moments of any Animaga weekend is the rare opportunity to meet the creative minds behind our favorite worlds. This year at ICC Sydney, we are hosting an incredible lineup of international and local talent, including renowned voice actors, visionary manga artists, acclaimed illustrators, and world-class cosplayers.

To ensure that these meet-and-greet sessions are a smooth and positive experience for both our guests and our community, we have implemented a daily token system. Whether you are looking to get an autograph on a special signing board or simply want to say a quick hello to an artist who has inspired you, here is everything you need to know.

How to Secure Your Spot: The Token System

To manage the high demand for our popular guests, Free Signing Tokens will be distributed each morning of the convention. These tokens are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Arrive Early: Tokens are handed out shortly after the doors open each day. We strongly recommend planning your trip to the ICC Sydney carefully and arriving early to give yourself the best chance of securing a spot.

• One Per Person: To be fair to all fans, tokens are limited per attendee.

• Daily Allocation: If you miss out on Saturday, a fresh batch of tokens will be available on Sunday morning—so don’t lose heart!

Our Signing Policy

We want every interaction at the signing tables to be meaningful. To protect the integrity of these sessions and ensure that true supporters have a fair opportunity, we have established a clear Guest Signing Policy.

We kindly ask all attendees to respect the following:

• No Commercial Resale Items: To keep these moments personal, please refrain from bringing commercial merchandise intended for resale. Our guests love meeting genuine fans, and we want to keep the atmosphere focused on that connection.

• Approved Items: Most guests will have specific items they are happy to sign, including official merchandise purchased at the event or personal items that fall within the policy guidelines.
