If you are planning to cover this year’s convention at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) across August 29 and 30, 2026, we would love to collaborate with you to showcase the vibrant world of anime, cosplay, gaming, and creator culture!

Who Should Apply?

Our media pass program is designed for press representatives and content creators dedicated to delivering high-quality coverage of the event. We welcome applications from:

• Event & Cosplay Photographers: Capturing the incredible craftsmanship, guest appearances, and atmosphere across the convention floor.

• Videographers & Content Creators: Creating recaps, vlogs, and highlight reels for established channels and publications.

• Press & Journalists: Writing event reviews, news articles, and conducting interviews for online magazines, pop culture websites, radio, or news outlets.

Important Application Guidelines & Rules

To ensure a safe and professional environment for all our attendees, guests, and media partners, please keep the following in mind before submitting your application:

• Review Terms & Conditions: All applicants must read and agree to our full media guidelines regarding press etiquette, commercial licensing, and photography permissions on the floor.

• Portfolio / Credentials Required: Applicants will be asked to provide links to previous event coverage, published work, active outlets, or photo/video portfolios.

• Review Process: Passes are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Applying does not automatically guarantee accreditation.
