OBTAINING Signing token AT ANIMAGA

For a smooth autograph session experience at Animaga Expo, please adhere to the following guidelines:

 

Step 1: Review the Schedule

  • Familiarize yourself with the autograph timings. This ensures you know when to queue for an autograph ticket.
  • Please note: Both Kiyono Yasuno and Redjuice will conduct one signing session each day.

Step 2: Secure an Autograph Ticket

  1. Commence queuing at the designated Guest Signings Area.
    • Distinct queues will be formed for each guest; signs will clearly indicate the corresponding guest.
    • If in doubt regarding queuing, kindly approach an Animaga Volunteer, identifiable by their orange attire.
  2. Ticket distribution begins at 10AM on Saturdays and 9AM on Sundays, concluding either when the autograph session ends or tickets are exhausted.
    • Tickets are strictly for the signings scheduled for that day.
    • Each session has a limited issuance of 100 tickets.
    • Please be advised: Saturday’s tickets cannot be obtained on Sunday. Attendees are required to visit the booth on the respective day.
    • These autograph tickets are FREE.

Step 3: Attend the Autograph Session

  1. Please ensure you have an item ready for signing.
    • Redjuice will exclusively sign officially licensed from the Animaga Guest Merchandise Booth and properly credited merchandise procured
    • Attendees must bring their own items for signing, subject to approval as per Animaga’s signing guidelines.
      • The item should be official, preferably related to the guest’s work. Personal items such as artist alley images, plush toys, or pets are not permitted.
      • If your chosen item doesn’t adhere to the guidelines, you may opt to purchase a blank signing board from the Animaga Merch booth.
      • Should you arrive without a suitable item, signing boards are available for purchase at the aforementioned booth.
    • The policies about permissible items are subject to updates. If uncertain, kindly verify your item in advance. It’s also advisable to have an alternative item.
  2. Proceed to the autograph section.
    • Queues are initiated 30 minutes before each session.
    • For identification, inscribe your name on the ticket’s reverse side without any additional messages.
    • In respect of other attendees, ensure your conversations are concise and your items are accessible.
    • Regrettably, requests for recordings or telephonic conversations are not permissible.
  3. While we endeavor to facilitate a smooth process, please note that in the interest of time, staff may need to regulate the queue to ensure all attendees receive an autograph.

Additional Information

  • The autograph sessions are tentative and are subject to modification or cancellation. Having a ticket only denotes eligibility, not a guarantee.
  • Should you require further clarification, please consult an Animaga Volunteer at the Merchandise Booth.
